同一場(chǎng)論壇上，俄羅斯副總理亞歷山大·諾瓦克表示盡管面對(duì)西方制裁挑戰(zhàn)，俄羅斯的能源產(chǎn)業(yè)具有可持續(xù)性，須專注于提升對(duì)友好國(guó)家的能源出口。
2023年5月31日至6月2日，一年一度的世界石油天然氣大會(huì)——第二十三屆中國(guó)國(guó)際石油石化技術(shù)裝備展覽會(huì)（cippe2023），將在北京•中國(guó)國(guó)際展覽中心（新館）舉行。本屆展會(huì)吸引了1800+國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)知名行業(yè)企業(yè)，預(yù)計(jì)123000人次專業(yè)觀眾到場(chǎng)參觀參展，共同聚焦油氣行業(yè)14大產(chǎn)業(yè)板塊發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，助推行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)高效發(fā)展。
作為俄羅斯五大石油公司之一，韃靼石油的產(chǎn)油量在世界主要油氣公司中穩(wěn)居前列。本屆展會(huì)，韃靼石油將安排參觀代表團(tuán)在展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)召開專場(chǎng)需求對(duì)接會(huì)，誠邀業(yè)內(nèi)同仁蒞臨。

俄羅斯韃靼石油公司（PJSC Tatneft）參觀代表團(tuán)對(duì)接需求（如有出入，以英文為準(zhǔn)）：
1. 提高人工舉升采油效率的設(shè)備和技術(shù)：
a. 深度達(dá)2000米的低速率礦石中的無桿采礦方法；
b. 能夠最大限度地減少跳閘操作（降低、提升、在電纜上操作ESP）的技術(shù)；
c. 設(shè)備具有廣泛的性能特點(diǎn)，通用性強(qiáng)，適用于任何流量和壓力；
d. 防止油井中瀝青/樹脂/石蠟沉積物（ARPD）形成的技術(shù)（以及去除ARPD的技術(shù)）。
1. Equipment and technologies to improve the efficiency of artificial lift oil production:
a. Rodless mining methods in low-rate stock at depths up to 2000 m;
b. Technologies that allow minimizing tripping operations (lowering, lifting, operation of ESP on a cable);
c. Equipment with a wide range of performance characteristics, universal, adaptable to any flow rate and pressure;
d. Technologies to exclude the formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin substances (ARPD) in the well (and to remove ARPD).
2. 提高地下修井效率的設(shè)備和技術(shù)
a. 縮短地下維修時(shí)間的技術(shù)；
b. 井下修井自動(dòng)化/機(jī)器人化；
c. 在不升高的情況下、密封井中的油管
d. 將ESP泵降低到柔性管道上、將電纜集成到管道中的技術(shù)
e. 最大限度地減少診斷設(shè)備拆卸的技術(shù)-井口診斷。例如，用于復(fù)雜油井庫存（機(jī)械雜質(zhì)、鹽、石蠟）的設(shè)備
2. Equipment and technologies for improving the efficiency of underground well workover:
a. Technologies to reduce the duration of underground repairs;
b. Automation / robotization of underground well repair;
c. Sealing tubing in the well, without raising them;
d. Technologies for lowering the ESP pump on flexible pipes with a cable integrated into the pipes.
e. Technologies that minimize the removal of equipment for diagnostics - wellhead diagnostics.e. Equipment for complicated well stock (mechanical impurities, salts, paraffin).
3. 油田生產(chǎn)中高效的能源和資源節(jié)約型技術(shù)
3. Energy and resource-saving technologies in the field of oil production, with a high efficiency;
4. 鉆井設(shè)備與技術(shù)
a. 旋轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)
b. 具有液壓通信通道的電信系統(tǒng)；
c. 螺桿式井下電機(jī)的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)
4. Equipment and technologies for drilling wells:
a. Rotary-steered systems;
b. Telesystems with hydraulic communication channel;
c. Automatic control systems for screw downhole motors.
